As a passionate learner and forward-looking individual, Dhruv has extensive experience in OOPS languages and deploying them on servers using CI/CD pipelines. He also has significant functional banking experience, ranging from mutual funds to order management systems to escalation portals. Currently, Dhruv is a technical leader at Encora, where he leads the development of cutting-edge software solutions. Prior to this, he held technical lead positions at Synechron, where he gained valuable experience in software development and project management. Dhruv holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Piilai Institute of Information Technology and a High School degree in Science from Lilavati Vidya Mandir Sr. Secondary School.
